Venezuelan Starlet Yohandry Orozco has officially left Zulia for Wolfsburg.
Venezuelan starlet Yohandry Orozco has officially joined Wolfsburg, the German club has revealed. The 19-year-old has put pen to paper on a deal that will run until June 30, 2015.

Orozco has rapidly risen to prominence after being named to the Goal.com Hot 100 in December, and scoring a wonder-goal (click here for replay) last week. He leaves Venezuelan club Zulia FC for a sum that Bild has estimated to be in the region of €1.25 million.

"He is a strong dribbler, fast and dynamic, and is also very versatile in midfield," Wolfsburg sporting director Dieter Hoeness said of the Venezuelan, who has already been capped seven times at the international level.

The Wolfsburg website also confirmed earlier reports from Jeju United that the German club had signed midfielder and Asian Cup top scorer Koo Ja-Cheol.

"Despite his young age, Koo Ja-Cheol was one of the top performers in South Korea's team," Hoeness said. "He is not only a goal threat, but can play in nearly all positions in the middle."

The 21-year-old Koo joins Wolfsburg on a three-and-a-half year deal that will see him remain at Wolfsburg until 2014.

Orozco and Koo are not likely to be the last signings Wolfsburg make before the transfer window closes tonight. The 2009 Bundesliga champions are also reported to be in contract talks with Patrick Helmes, Tuncay Sanli and Jan Polak.
