Official: Jozy Altidore Joins Bursaspor On Six-Month Loan

USA and Villarreal striker will spend the rest of the season with Turkish champions.
Turkish champions Bursaspor have signed USA and Villarreal striker Jozy Altidore on loan until the end of the season.
Bursa snapped up Rangers striker Kenny Miller earlier in the window, and have now added Altidore to their ranks, as they look to win a second consecutive Super Lig title.
Jozy has already gained 32 official caps for the USA at just 21 years old, and has long been regarded as the next big thing for the USA's national side, though he has been less impressive in Spain.
Altidore joins a long list of big names to move to Turkey in the window, along with Simao, Miller and Hugo Almeida to name a few, as the Turkish league appears to be gaining momentum to establish itself as a major power in Europe.
