Adam Hlousek has left Slavia Prague for Kaiserslautern on a loan deal.
Bundesliga outfit Kaiserslautern have completed the transfer of young midfielder Adam Hlousek from Slavia Prague on a six-month loan deal. The German side have the option to make the move permanent at the end of the season.

The attacking midfielder started his professional career with Jablonec and joined Slavia Prague in the summer of 2009. He has made 69 Czech Republic league appearances, scoring seven goals in the process.

"We have added some more quality to the attacking department of our team with the capture of Adam Hlousek. He's still young and is eager to prove his worth. He has what it takes to succeed at Bundesliga level," said FCK sporting director Stefan Kuntz on the club's official website.

Hlousek, who has represented Czech Republic at senior level on three occasions, will be wearing the number 24 jersey at Kaiserslautern.
