Adriano Intends To Respect Roma Contract

Adriano has no intention of leaving Roma amid reports claiming he wanted to return to Brazil, claims agent Gilmar Rinaldi.
The hitman admitted he wanted to head back to Rio following his recent shoulder surgery, but Claudio Ranieri responded by claiming he had "not given permission" to the striker.
Reports followed claiming this had disturbed the Trigoria environment, and there were suggestions of a rescission.
However, Rinaldi has stepped in to clarify the situation.
"Adriano spoke with the club to see if he could go back to Brazil. We still have to see if the club agrees or not," Rinaldi told laroma24.it
"The player has a contract with Roma and he intends to respect it. He wants to remain regardless of any ownership changes."
